4. In Short

Emerging Scholars Council is a sole proprietorship registered in Delhi, India (Udyam Reg. No. UDYAM-HR-08-0060567), whose sole proprietor is Mr. Rajinder Singh. All programmes are contracted, invoiced and administered from India.

Our mentors, including the founder, contribute their time on a voluntary and unpaid basis. We make no guarantee of admission, we do not give visa or immigration advice, and we do not write application documents on a student’s behalf.
