1. About Emerging Scholars Council
Emerging Scholars Council ("ESC") is an academic mentorship platform. ESC is registered and operated as a business entity in India, and all services are provided from India. Contact: info@emergingscholarscouncil.com
2. Scope of Services
ESC provides academic mentorship, application guidance, document preparation support, and interview coaching. Our PhD mentorship covers STEM disciplines including the sciences, engineering, mathematics and computer science. 4. Payment and Refund Policy
Payment is collected only after a free discovery call, payable in the student's local currency. In exceptional cases, payment may be split into up to 2 installments. Once mentorship has commenced, payments are non-refundable, as significant mentor time is invested from the first session.

ESC is registered in India and handles personal data in line with applicable Indian data protection law. As many of our students and mentors are based in the EU, UK and elsewhere, we also align our data-handling practices with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 as a matter of good practice for those users. Personal data is collected only with your explicit consent, used only for mentorship services, and never sold to third parties. Contact info@emergingscholarscouncil.com to exercise your data rights.
