Anforderungen
- Master-Abschluss in Psychologie, vorzugsweise in Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie oder einem eng verwandten Gebiet
- Starkes Forschungsinteresse, insbesondere am Thema Laufbahnentwicklung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in quantitativen empirischen Methoden und Statistik (inkl. R oder Mplus)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohes Engagement, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, Selbständigkeit
