Über die Stelle
Für das vom Schweizerischen Nationalfonds (SNF) geförderte Projekt „Promoting Hydration in People Living with Dementia: Development and Feasibility Testing of a Complex Intervention“ suchen wir ab dem 01.01.2027 oder nach Vereinbarung, engagierte Forschende, die Forschung als Teamaufgabe verstehen und Interesse an einer integrativen Herangehensweise haben, die unterschiedliche wissenschaftliche Strömungen vereint. Wir wenden uns an forschende Personen, für die sowohl Kollaboration als auch Eigenständigkeit und Selbstverantwortung selbstverständlich sind.
Das Projekt wird vom Kompetenzzentrum Evidence-based Healthcare (EBHC) des Instituts für Gesundheitswissenschaften am Departement Gesundheit verantwortet. Dieses dreijährige internationale, interdisziplinäre und methodenplurale Forschungsprojekt bietet die Möglichkeit, sowohl ein Doktorat als auch ein Postdoktorat zu verfolgen.
Aufgaben
- Planung und Durchführung von Forschung im Bereich systematischer Übersichtsarbeiten und Methoden pluraler empirischer Feldforschung (quantitative und qualitative insbesondere ethnographische Forschung)
- Mitentwicklung komplexer Interventionen und Durchführung von Machbarkeitstests
- Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen und interprofessionellen Forschungsteam
- Publikation und Dissemination von Forschungsergebnissen in wissenschaftlichen Fachzeitschriften und auf Konferenzen
Anforderungen
- Für das Doktorat: Ein Masterabschluss (oder vergleichbar) im Bereich der Pflege- und/oder Gesundheitswissenschaften, der Soziologie oder Psychologie oder einem Feld mit Bezug zu Gesundheit
- Für das Postdoktorat: Doktorat im Bereich der Pflege- und/oder Gesundheitswissenschaften, der Soziologie oder Psychologie oder einem angrenzenden Feld
- Für das Doktorat und Postdoktorat wären wünschenswert: Berufspraktische und/oder wissenschaftliche Erfahrungen im Kontext von Dementia bzw. Elderly Care sowie sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
