Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung des Dissertationsprojekts mit dem Ziel, Erkenntnisse zu präsentieren und zu publizieren
- Kooperation in einem international orientierten Forschungsteam
- Präsentation und Publikation erarbeiteter Forschungsergebnisse
- Unterstützung des Lehrbetriebs auf Bachelor- und Masterstufe
- Kooperation mit Doktorandinnen und Doktoranden
- Mitarbeit an der Schnittstelle Wissenschaft/Praxis
Anforderungen
- Masterabschluss einer akkreditierten Universität im Fachbereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder verwandten geistes- oder sozialwissenschaftlichen Disziplinen
- Interesse an empirischer Forschung in den abteilungsspezifischen Fachbereichen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Eigenständigkeit, Effizienz und Flexibilität
- Strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
