About this position

This PhD project will develop mathematical models to investigate population dynamics in biological systems. Combining dynamical systems theory, mathematical modelling, and data-driven approaches, the research will explore how populations change over time in response to ecological interactions, environmental variability, and other biological processes. The project aims to provide new theoretical insights and quantitative tools for understanding complex population behaviour.
