Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow (several posts) in the School of Chinese Medicine (Ref.:536903), to commence as soon as possible for a period of one year with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in Chinese Medicine or related disciplines, with proven research experience in experimental and clinical studies. Those with an outstanding track record of high-quality publications in basic research, clinical and translational research are preferred. He or she should be meticulous, self-motivated, and be able to work in collaboration across teams. Proficiency with excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
The appointees are expected to be involved in research projects pertaining to various disciplines of Chinese Medicine for the treatment of cancers, metabolic disorders, aging-related diseases, mental disorders and autoimmune diseases as well as quality control of Chinese herbal medicine. He/she will perform related research analysis, conduct clinical study, write reports and papers, assist in supervising postgraduate students and carry out other duties as assigned.
