The Research Group Hybrid Material Systems is looking for
Postdoc (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
- You analyse the chemical and electronic structure of modern semiconductors and interfaces (AR-UPS, CFS-YS, NEXAFS, and XPS).
- You plan and conduct experiments (in labs and at synchrotron radiation sources).
- You cooperate with other researchers, particularly doctoral students.
- You take on research and project management tasks.
- You curate data and prepare publications.
- Completed doctoral degree in physics or chemistry
- Expertise in semiconductor carrier and excitation dynamics
- Demonstrated experience in research on perovskites and/or organic semiconductors
- Demonstrated experience in global and deconvoluted data fitting, programming in Python and Matlab, as well as electronic structure modeling
- Intercultural competence and excellent communication skills
- Excellent proficiency in either German or English (C1), with good proficiency in the other language (B2)
