Research field and position: Postdoctoral Research Fellow, Semiconductor devices
Work description:
- Research on material, device, and process technologies for next-generation logic semiconductors.
- Leading experimental research in semiconductor device development through thin-film deposition, nano-patterning, electron microscopy, and electrical characterization.
- Advancing both technical development and academic research.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Possess a Ph.D. degree or be expected to obtain a Ph.D. by the start date of employment.
- A strong interest in semiconductor devices and processes.
- Experience in electronic device research using cleanrooms and vacuum equipment is preferred.
- Proficiency in Japanese or English for effective communication.
