About this position
Am Institut für Organische Chemie und Makromolekulare Chemie ist an der Professur für Organische Chemie I frühestens zum 1.10.2026 eine Stelle als
in Vollzeit für zunächst drei Jahre befristet in Teilzeit zu besetzen (50 v.H.).
Sie tragen zum Erfolg des Teams durch Mitarbeit und Forschung im Bereich bioaktiver Peptidnaturstoffe bei. Sie unterstützen das Team in Lehrveranstaltungen und Praktika in Organischer und Bioorganischer Chemie.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Wissenschaftliche Arbeit an einer Promotion im Bereich der Peptidchemie, speziell der Methodenentwicklung und der Synthese und Untersuchung bioaktiver Peptidnaturstoffe und deren Weiterentwicklung.
- Übernahme von passenden Lehraufgaben im Umfang von 2 Lehrveranstaltungsstunden (ThürLVVO)
Ihr Profil:
- Zur Promotion befähigendes Diplom/Masterstudium in Chemie oder verwandten Fächern.
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse in Organischer und/oder Bioorganischer Chemie.
- Erfahrung in Peptidsynthese oder der Charakterisierung von Sekundärstrukturen wertvoll.
- Wissenschaftliche Neugier, Motivation, und Freude am eigenverantwortlichen Arbeiten im Labor
- Idealerweise Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
Unser Angebot:

- Vergütung nach den Bestimmungen des Tarifvertrages für den öffentlichen Dienst der Länder (TV-L) entsprechend den persönlichen Voraussetzungen bis zur Entgeltgruppe E13 inklusive einer tariflichen Jahressonderzahlung.
- 30 Tage Erholungsurlaub im Kalenderjahr zuzüglich zwei arbeitsfreie Tage am 24. und 31.12.
- Betriebliche Nebenleistungen wie z. B. vermögenswirksame Leistungen (VL) und betriebliche Altersvorsorge (VBL).
Es handelt sich um eine Teilzeitstelle (20 Wochenstunden). Eine Aufstockung aus Drittelmittelförderung ist u.U. im Projektverlauf möglich (nach Verfügbarkeit).
